how does this item work?

So... I've been thinking of claiming my 1st years vet reward on one of my "alt accounts" and I was wondering...


Does anyone know if any person can use the crystal portal that is now an option for the first year vet reward? Or is it "account bound usable" only? In other words, if I claim that gift, and I place it in my house, can anyone use it, or will I be the only one able to use it?

I have run into no restrictions on mine.

No restrictions, Just make sure you have the permissions set correctly. IE in a public house set it to anybody so everyone can use it, or set it to owner/co-owner/friend/guild access only if you wish to restrict it.

If you want an example, head on down to the Jolly Roger Inn and test out the crystal portal there. If you can't find it, it may be buried under a pile of fishing nets.

Ah, thank you so much. I was thinking of getting that reward on Seige, because my house is completely surrounded by mountains. So, it would at least give a way out for any visitors to my place.
