Probably only if the deeds are placed for sale individually, not in a book. I guess it would be a good idea for sellers to have them sorted by skill and put the skill in the deed book name or description or description of container.

What he said. You can also look for bulks order in VS - sometimes people will put a rune to house saying something like "Bulk Order Deeds For sale!" Just grab a map and go there.
