House Placement

2 questions:

If you reactivate an account, do you have to wait the 15 days or can you place right away?

Is there a waiting period to place a house when you transfer to a new shard?

I believe that as long as the character was at least 15 days old when you deactivated the account, you should be able to place immediately, as well as when you transfer. I've never had a problem placing after a trasnfer myself.

Unless you made a new char on that acct your old chars should be okay to place/recieve.
