Really.

I'm not a scripter. I'm legitimately trying to place a house but I got locked out from even trying while someone placed over me.

Once against the true players get hurt. not to mention the person that got it was a scriptor

The cool down and randomized placement timetable defeats scripts. From the perspective of someone who has made tens of millions off of post-IDOC placement, I suspect that a regular ol' player got lucky and placed before you.

I had no chance of placing because my tool was on cool down when it became availible to place.

That is why it is necessary to use your attempts wisely. Spamming placement attempts will result in a cool-down for all players, including scriptors.
