House Placement question...

... alright, If I already own a house and then place another house... can I sell the newly placed house and keep my old house. Would my old house change back from condemned at server up like a reactivated account's house would if it was in a state of decay? Thanks for the heads up!!

Nope. It will stay condemned. The only way is to move all things to your new house, then resize or demolish/rebuild your old house, move back things then sell your new house.

there is a 7 day timer also that prevents placement of a new house after you place a house.
