House Placement Attempt Limitation

Er, I was trying to place my first house and of course I want to get it right, and for mysterious reasons it will tell you this exact spot is invalid blah blah, so of course I had to try several repetitions in roughly the same spot.

Now it says you've attempted to place a house too many times recently. :gun:

What's the limit and how long does it make you wait to try again?

Not sure, I think it used to be 15 minutes or so and would give you a timer when you tried to place. I was always paranoid about that so I would really try to make sure I knew where I was going to slap the house down before attempting to do it.

i myself,have found it to be from 10-15 mins and once that clears it appears to take longer if you get a cool down again.It's quite the pain.
