Drakelord, There is a teleport to the Nameless Rune Library right south of Luna.
Go out the South Luna Gate and you will find the link to the GL's Banners. One of them is the Library Complex. Click the rose in the vase there on the Podium and it'll wisk you away to just outside the Library. (Also if you just head south out of the Yew Trammel Gate it takes you right there. You'll find 2 large Pink/white buildings. You'll want the one on the left. The one on the right is a book library filled with player submitted writings).
