I just purchased a three-months-game-code from the offical UO Game Code Store page - well, I thought I did.
Like always, I paid through CC. I never had a problem with that procedure before. But today, I received the normal (canned) answer including "Your code has been applied to your account." but it hasn't.
[email protected] doesn't accept email requests (!). So to whom should I address? Please help, my remaining game time is running out in a few days.
