HELP: Changing Factions

Hi all,

Can someone help me out about changing factions. i have resign from TB and waited the 3 days and tried to join Minax.
But it states that i am still align with another factions.
Is this because of my faction armor or becasue i have kills on the character?
if its the kills how do i get rid of them with out joining back into the faction.

Any help will be gracefull.

If so you can only be in ONE faction per account.

You have another character on that acct that is in factions or you are bugged, log in on all of your characters on that acct then try to join Minax.

Arrr forgot my archer is still in tb - I will have to get him to leave factions.
