Greetings, I have a question regarding same quest, for example "stop harping on me" but from different givers - does reward contain recipe specific to profession of the giver or random? bowcrafter> fletching, tinker> tinkering, etc
thank you in advance for the info

The recipes given as rewards are by the quest types - MOSTLY.

The Bowcrafting quests give bow recipes
The Tailor quests give tailor recipes
The Smith quests give smith recipes
The Carpentry quests give Carpentry and Masonry recipes, regardless of the NPC giving them.

The Trinket Weavers give quests that are less specific: the recipes can be Alchemy, Glassblowing (which requires GM alchemy), Tinkering, Inscription, etc. As well as commonly giving out a smith recipe that was supposed to be one of the rares.

I think my training guides in the subforum of this one refer to which quests can be useful at which stage of their skills.

Other than Fletching quests (which, if chosen properly can take you all the way from bought skill to GM), I believe that the tinkering ones are the ones that might be useful for most of the work toward GMing a crafting skill.
