All that CC that was uploaded now belongs to EA.
They can use it (or not) any way they want - even in a "new" project.

What I'd like to know is what Luc, Lee, Pari and da 'hood might be doing next. If it's a gaming project, Holy Cow count me in for beta!!!!!!

Yeah I read it in the tos earlier.
But I doubt they will make another 2D graphics sim-like game.
