Has discord always been near useless on ML Peerless, or is it a new "feature"?

I don't have pictures of my own to back this up but on the warrior forum, there's a Dreadhorn topic that has pictures. Resists are only dropped 1% and skills are barely affected.

I could have sworn this wasn't always the case but I'm not sure.

It always had a reduced effect on ML peerless, but I believe it still took more than 1% from resistances... I want to say the effect was reduced by maybe ~50-70% on ML peerless as opposed to other mob/boss types.

I knew it was always reduced some. I think it still works on Slasher and other 160 difficulty monsters, but I'm not sure. I haven't played for a while due to some bugs that just kill my enjoyment as a warrior. But I'll test the effects on Navrey and Slasher later.

If you follow that very thread, you will see that I posted Navrey numbers.
She lost a flat 14% in her resists and her still were multiplied by 0.86.
That seems to be an exclusive problem with ML Peerless.

Does she give the shrugs off message? I can't remember if anything with 160 difficulty gives that or just specific monsters.

Between this, the swing reset, and whirlwind bonus damage not working I'm just really not interested in playing this game anymore. Until its fixed of course.

Right now, those who show you this message are suffering a flat 1% reduction on their resists and their skills are multiplied by 0.984 or so, roughly 5% of the full effect of discord. Which is pretty ridiculous.
At least Kyronix said that the team will be discussing this.

This has got to be a recently introduced bug or nerf, right? I never used a discord tamer so I can't be sure but I doubt it was this bad for 10 years, right?

I can tell you that that it has been this bad for at least one year.

I don't have screen shots but can say discord wrecks Miasma and Rend. I farm both for spell weaving scrolls occasionally.
Discord wrecks all the bosses in Bedlam, Painted Caves, Blighted Grove, and Twisted Weald. Monsters in Sanctuary seem to shrug off provocation for some unknown reason.
In Sanctuary you can bard monsters on each other & they start to fight but after 5-15 secs they ignore each other and retarget the player, it sucks lol.

Discord with Tribulation completely destroys Navrey when the rocks are dropped. A mystic bard can kill her faster than any dexer of any type.

Bards have always had a rough time at Lady Mel as far back as I can remember. I've never taken a bard to Dread Horn so can't speak on that topic.
