Hail Storm

So, I've just noticed Hail Storm now no longer even reveals / hits hidden players.
So it's gone from completely broken where it would half the damage for each target (not like meteor swarm or chain lightning) to now COMPLETELY USELESS.

Also Thunderstom no longer reveals/ damages hidden mobiles
