Guaranteed gains broken?

Havent logged my bard in at least 2 weeks, logged in today,didnt get a single gain from provocation or peace? Last time i checked you were guaranteed a gain in any skill after so many hours, 336 hours+ not enough?

Works for me.

Was the target something right for your skill level? (I'm not sure that it matters but its the only thing I can think of... that and if your skill is locked/capped/out of spare points.)
