Buying Armor gloves and gorget

I am looking for the following qualities in a pair of gloves and gorget:

casting focus
damage eater
5 int bonus (need 5 combined for both pieces)
4 mr
3 to 4 hpr
10 mana increase
high resists across the board

also, if possible, these added stats would make things better but are not necessary:
5 str bonus
10 hp increase

I am on atlantic and am paying well for these. Elf only pieces and medable pieces are okay. Please pm me or post here if you have what I'm looking for. Thanks.
