Gargoyle creation on TC1?

I am not seeing where to make a gar.. What am I doing wrong?

So where is the testing of Imbusing happening? I thought this was all in testing now..

its back in closed beta till the release its on retribution server and unless you in closed beta you cant log in to it! may not even be visible!

Retribution is the name of the beta test server. If you are choosen, you might select that shard and create a gargoyle there.
