Game Freezing

I am playing in TC3 just fine however my sister keeps trying to long on and it keeps freezing can anyone give me some advice on what to tell her to do ? Thanks

A little more information is needed in order to get an idea of what's going on.

First, is your sister trying to access her account on the same computer you've been successfully using?

If this problem is on a different computer, have you tried accessing your account on that computer?

What version of Windows is that computer running?

No we are at seperate houses using 2 different computers. She gets on the select an avatar screen, it loads to 100 percent and then it freezes.
