Doesn't the see saw method still work for gaining dexterity quickly? I need to raise dex from 50 to 110 asap, need some help.

<font color="#666666">here's the fastest way (from lots of trial/error) but you need a soulstone fragment.
set musicianship skill UP.
buy an instrument from an NPC bard or wherever.
play the instrument over and over until your musicianship skill reaches about 20-25 (each time you gain 0.1 musicianship you have a chance to gain one skill point of dex - since you gain skills super fast when they're under 30, you need to keep dumping the skill to the ss frag so you can start from 0 again).
recall to an inn or your house so you can use the soulstone fragment.
set musicianship DOWN.
dump the skill onto the soulstone frag (& then double-click the fragment again and remove the skill from it so it's empty again - you can use your ss frags to remove skills from your chars unlimited amounts of times - i love that - keeps my templates clean!).
set musicianship skill back UP.
repeat until your dex reaches desired level.
ps - same process works for raising strength - just substitute mining for musicianship. </font>
