whats the best way to get swords to 120 from 113. right now im gaining horribly slow. is this normal? or am i just doing it wrong?

Bouras give Boura Pelts (1 per HP Boura) and the Boura Tail Shield
Ore Elementals give Crystalline Blackrock (1 in 20)
... Bouras would be more profitable.
current prices seem to be 50k per blackrock, 10k per Pelt.

one more questyion tho. is the shield just a drop or loot off body? i've never got one myself.
