(Player Event) Fishing Competition!

We will be holding a fishing competition Event this coming weekend on:​

Saturday the 2nd of April (All day event) ​

Objective: Catch the heaviest Rare Fish within a certain time pocket.
Date/Time/Duration: Saturday 2nd of April 2011, All day Event.
Shard: Drachenfels
1st Place Prize: One Million Gold Pieces (1.000.000gp)
Xtra Prize: Most Caught Rare Fish: Five Hundred Thousand Gold Pieces (500.000gp)​

There will also be a prize for most caught rare fish.​

Event Rules & Guidelines
We have set up a set of rules and guidelines that should eliminate any cheating.​

• The fish can be any type of rare fish that holds the date and name of the fisherman who caught it.​
• The fish must have the date listed on it it that is the 2nd of april 2011​
• the fish must have the name listed on it that is the name of the one at the post event on sunday the 3rd.​

Winner will be found in the Post Event in Front of West Britain Bank on:




Sunday the 3rd of April 2011 From 19:30 CEST​

(Central European Standard Time)​

This mini event's only purpose is to find the winners of this competition. and should not last more than 30 minutes.​

We hope to see some participants for this event.​

i had a question if crabs and lobsters counted as "fish"

answer is no, it must be fish.

Do we need to register on saturday for this event or just turn up on sunday with our big fish?

i imagined it as an open event. no real registration is needed to conduct the event

since the fish all have the date and name on them.

so basicly just show up on sunday

Biggest Fish : 172 Stone Holy mackerel by Cinder.
Most rare Fish : 9 by Captain Seoman.

Congrats to the winners
My old fisherwoman did a couple of hours on Saturday but didn't catch much, but i thought i would enter anyway untill something in real life stopped me from going online at the right time (or even near it) to show my catch
so all i can say is Congratulaions to Cinder and captain Seoman and....
