Best of luck selling it that high, the last two keeps we purchased were in tram, and they went for 15 mil and 18 mil.

Housing today is not worth what it was a few years ago, about the only thing that has selling power in Felucca would be a castle and even then you going to get a small group that wish to purchase.

I remember when a large tower was almost 35mil. Sheesh. Houses have sure come down in prices.
