what does each faction need to be rank 10?

Depends on the faction you want to join. I think it is 10% of the highest person.....So TB ....would be around 600
SL...guessing around 600
min and com i have no clue
Points are easy to get the Sl faction is loaded with points and they are all easy kills almost no effort needed to kill those fools just a little speed to keep up with the runners

For com it requires a little under 200 as far as CoW members can attest to. We don't have too many low number alt chars to guage that any more as most of us break a thousand after our first couple days.
