The point release EVE Online: Rubicon 1.3 was successfully deployed on March 12th, 2014, during the scheduled extended downtime.
This release includes a ship paint pilot project, improvements to the EVE graphics, ship balancing, changes of the drone assist mechanics, many "Little" things and a lot more. Please check the full Rubicon 1.3 patch notes for all the details.
