EVE Online: Rubicon 1.2 is scheduled to be deployed to TQ during an extended downtime on Tuesday, the 18th of February 2014.
The server will be brought down at the normal time of 11:00 UTC, but downtime is extended to 11:45 UTC for a total of 45 minutes.
As always during deployments, please remember to set a long skill in training.
