I moved this to your shard trade forum as the rares forum usually only handles non-spawning items. As far as price, I'd estimate about 15-20m. I've seen them sell as low as 10m, but I haven't seen many folks selling them lately. Depending how many are available and desire on your shard, this can affect the price a bit.
