This just in from EM Crysania on the Baja EM Website:

Halloween is drawing near and we want to see your Halloween house designs! Decorate your house in your best Halloween theme, post off a screenshot of it to us via the contact link here! If your house is the spookiest, scariest, or just best Halloween themed house on Baja a plaque will be placed at the rewards hall declaring you as such! Winners will be decided by a poll of EM judges!

Screenshots will be posted on Baja forums for all to see as well! So dust off the bats, the cobwebs, get the cauldron out and fired up! Looking forward to seeing those screen shots!

Last date to enter the Halloween House contest is October 24th. Winner will be declared on October 30th!

They didn't say it was the only event. This was announced so people would have time to prepare and entry for the design contest.

The EMs don't usually announce events until a few days before it happens. We aren't even to mid-October, yet. I'm almost positive there is something Halloween-related in the works for later in the month.
