EM Hall Spell Free!!!!

I just visited the EM hall and spells no longer work in there. A huge step in the right direction to keep griefing of events down.

** Add to that list Paladin skills, Necro skills, Spell weaving, Spirit speak.. **

Spells do work two steps outside the doorway though.
