Note the three different types of colors for Happy Easter carrot.
Other known type of different color would be the petit-four carrot.

I will update if other post the missing one. If you could the different color ones it seems like there would be 30 different types of Easter carrot.

Is the quest still active? I tried to do it last weekend since the Royal Investigator is still announcing it, but I couldn't find Hazel in Skara Brae.

Yes, Hazel is still standing at the ranger's guild hall located in mainland Skara Brae.

The easter-basket reward statue has been disabled, though, as it has on all shards.
