Durability on The Night Reaper and Mischief Maker

I thought the durability on these items where suppose to be 255? A friend of mine crafted one of each for me today and ones durability was 74 the others was 126.

Might be random? Perhaps check on TC?

Actually, crafted arties (those from ML recipes) have normal durabilities. Was bummed when I made my first songwoven sleeves to find that it only had 36 durability.

Good thing is, they can be pof'd.
