(DEVS) Static "Gruesome Standard"

I got "Gruesome Standard" from lever puzzle at new lich-champ-spawn.
But this item sticked to my backpack and I can't pick that up.
What's happened to me ?
Is this a well-known bug ??

Ahhh, sorry.
I tryed to use Sending bag to gruesome-standad.
The item was sent to my bank, but it sticked to my bank.
The picture (above) is my bank's one, sorry.
