Decors Iconset 1.0 Released

[Decors]

I gonna release New Iconset for Enhanced Client.
I'm still working for Icons but Almost done. So I decided to release.

Contents.
1.Custom Icons for almost everything.
2.Changed a few graphics.(Gumps,Container,Hotbar.....etc)

Updated. Ver1.1 Released

Released Ver1.1 for some reason.

Changed installation specification.
Also changed IconID. Now IconID sequence beginning with 95000.
Probably this change won't happen anymore.
