[Cartography] Decode Delay??

So I went and did a level 1 on my GM Cartographer today. In the chest there was another level 1 map. I thought, hey that's pretty neat. I'll do that one too. So I double click it to decode it and I got this message:

"You study the treasure map but need more time to attempt to decode."

I have been doing maps for years, but I have never seen this message before. Is it new with the latest patch? I did 4 level 6 maps back to back the night before last and didn't see this message.

Can anyone shed some light on this?

Happened to me yesterday too, i decoded about 30 maps and on a deviously one i had this happen about 10 times before decoding it. All the rest of the level 6 maps decoded no problem.
