I noticed some heavy changes in the frost build!, some improved and some downgraded even new one added, Take a look:
[Improved Icy Touch]
Old: -5 sec on cooldown, +25% critical damage
New: +50% damage, +100% vs frozen targets
[Nerves of Cold Steel]
Old: Tier 3
New: Tier 2
[Annihilation]
Old: Tier 6
New: Tier 3
[Merciless Combat]
Old: Tier 8
New: Tier 6
[Blood of the North] (new)
Whenever you use a Blood Strike, there is a 20/40/60/80/100% chance your next blood rune will be a death rune.
[Vendetta]
Old: 3% per point (max 2)
New: 2% per point (max 2)
