Housing/Boats Customization Problem post pub. 76

Nearly all deeded items are now dumped into the moving crate when you enter house customization mode. Tables, beds, forges, etc. Things that used to return to their locations normally are now redeeded. This makes a quick change to your home take potentially hours to recover from. :(

It has come to our attention that there is a double NPC spawn issue as well as a house customization issue.
We are investigating the situation and should have a fix in place soon.

when we know this issue is fixed this thread will be moved to fixed bugs
