Skills Curse Weapon time-out

BUG: Curse weapon timer "chime" is not loud enough to hear over other noises in game. Recommend replacing the time-out chime with an icon in the buff bar.

There is currently a problem report in the system on the lack of a buff icon for curse weapon. We have been working on getting this and other icons into game and hopefully you will see these in the near future.
