The molten heart is a 1 of 10 - (When walked over blood shoots out EVERYWHERE and continues to do so after 4 walked tiles, followed by a moan of a man similar to travesty's remains.)
The brittle bones scroll is a 1 of 1 that wasn't locked down during an event.

In my opinion, it is really hard to value items these days without putting them up for auction. The first I'd bet a couple hundred million. Unique items can go for well over 500m. I'd definitely put them up for bids on the forum if you are interested in selling!
