i buy a lot of cus for my guildies, typicaly i pay like 20m for 570 hp with good resist, about 50m for 590+ with good resists

If people buy those Pups for that amount then they are not overpriced, the seller is just going with what people are willing to pay so you might want to blame the buyers.
