Town of Yew has crafters in it, heck we got anyone who enjoys the Yew area in it. Most of the citizens are just truely crafters though.
UBB is United Blacksmith's of Britainnia, they are a fully smithing guild.
LLTS has craft night once a week
that is all I know off hand.
