Lower Mana Cost 8%
Lower Reg Cost 15%
HPR

If you have a piece with only 10% LRC but has everything else, please still show me. I have option of adding Royal Guard Sash to my suit for LRC

Just so everyone knows, I edited the first post lowering the 10% LMC and 20% LRC to 8% LMC and 15% LRC

lol those do not work either as neither have the 3% casting focus, and one also does not have the LMC. Yall get me excited when I see posted pictures thinking I found my armor pieces, but in case anyone misread, I am looking for pieces that MUST have the following:
