becuz its fairy obvious that pacific shard's Faction bobs are stunted.

I still don't quite follow, but I'm running a pretty big fever.No action on pac was my concern. It is a war after all.
It was also a jab at the sac of pac.
Booche!! is a quip from frisky dingo.
If you don't have any invasion action and no one is doing factions, just toss a thief in SL or Minax and snag up the sigils.
Not as easy as you think. If Order factions are running they will detect that and send out a little raiding party to retrieve the sigil again.

Definitely. That's why I said that he could do that if no one was doing factions on his shard. If there are order factions, people are doing factions.
