Do these actually come from Stone Sliths and Raptors?

Nice weapon from fairly easy monsters but I am sure the 1000 I have killed barley dent my chances?

I got a Raptor Claw, don't remember it coming from anything outside of SA, maybe a goblin?

I have gotten the Raptor Claw from raptors at least once.

got them both and of course the Boura tail shield

keep at it they will drop!

i used the stone sliths to gain loyalty so it was a bonus when a few dropped

they are out there

confirmed on both weapons.. they drop from their named monsters.

Confirmed on all three:

Boura Tail Shield from Bouras
Raptor's Claw from Raptors
Stone Slith Claw from Stone Slith

Keep killing them, they are found in the pack of the creature you kill. I would consider them very rare, you can kill hundreds and not get one to spawn. Other times you'll be gathering their imbuing ingredient and there it is as an extra reward.
