Cobblers and footwear Bod's

With all the work on the Bod system, the cobblers have been overlooked. I would love for the cobblers to give out footwear Bods. I have 220 large Bod's that have been waiting seemingly forever on small footwear bods to complete. I can turn in a full bod book (500) and get maybe 10 small footwear bods. Of course in that same batch, I can get 30 large cloth bods too. It never balances out.

Doubling up on the amount of footwear given out sounds like a good idea.

The UO Fishermans Union supports this idea.

Maybe if people use footwear to fill BoD's they'll stop dumping them in the ocean.
