[Stealing] Closed Barrel

Where does the Closed Barrel come from? UO Guide says Deceit has the Barrel in two location, but I have never seen one in the locations they show.

Last time I looked, I think those spawn daily. But someone usually grabs them on a lot of shards right when the server comes back up.

Yes, those are daily server spawns. They only spawn once per day right after server maintenance, so depending on the shard, you have to snatch them up pretty quick. Some shards, there isn't much competition. But only one spawns after server up, after that, you have to wait until the next day....rinse and repeat.
