Cloak of Humility?

I just finished the cloak of humility quest, or thought I did. I finished the quest chain but ended up with a shield of recognition. What happened? Did I do something wrong?

So now that I have the shield I can't get the cloak? I tried to redo quest and it won't let me.

those who have true humility need no reward for the tasks and therefore you should reject this offer

You need to redo it with a different character.

each character on your account can only do the quest once, so you could still get 6 cloaks if you have 7 character slots.

have not heard in years of any quest getting "pulled", so yeah it's most likely still available. <shrug>
