Cloak of Command and Thread?

Been three months and went to turn in some silver and noticed this new cloak and some kinda thread that can be turned in. Can anyone shed some light on these?

Those new cloaks were introduced not very long ago,when used they summon a faction specific creature and is only usable in fell.The summons however need the owner to have required minimum of magery to cast summon creature spell,and the summons themselves are very weak.More a curiosity than anything of real use.

The threads are threads of fate, life and thought.

they come from;

Killing corrupted souls(red Tag)

Exorcising the grey tagged ones(forget there names)

And Spirit speaking with the yellow tagged ones(forget there names as well)

All are found on the island of Magincia and the threads will drop into your pack when you recieve them.

You don't have to sugar coat **** here dude.. Just say it how its in your head. Their ****ing stupid and the devs for some reason are giving pvpers boring trammy pixel crack. More proof that the devs A) dont give a **** about pvpers, B) dont have any representation of the faction community and C) dont give a **** about pvpers.
