Very close to the water, just next door to a classic keep. Spawn is mild/pest monsters, not very bad. Fair size neighborhood north of Skara Brea, if you follow the coast from the farms, you will almost run smack into this house. There is also a tree just at the inside bend of the house so you will never be able to put a bigger custom house in it's place, the Classic-L is the best option for this spot.
