Classic Client wont run

Just installed UO on a new system, patched fine but when it loads the game client all i get is a grey screen and the UO cursor. Then the game goes not responding.

Have a similar problem with KR it patches fine loads up but when I log in the game goes not responding

Any help appreciated trying to get back in before my houses fall

Kr is longer working unless you meant the Enhanced Client (EC)
