Chessy Rune Library

Can anyone tell me if there is a rune library on Chessy somewhere? I lost my t-map rune books a few years back and would like to make some new ones. Thanks

T-map books won't do you a ton of good, ever since they randomized t-map locations.

gareths library has a new system you can use to get to the approximate location

in luna, the house is north of angelicas vendors. directly adjacent NE to the luna stable

also, if you dont know, a davies locker will give you the coordinates for the map. dont try to find it by eye.. some of the maps are way off.
