Character Transfer Question

Are runes (either loose or in a runebook) usable when you transfer a character to a new shard via a transfer code. i.e. do they retain the location that they were marked for?

Anyone know?

Yes, when you xfer a char, all runes marked will work as long as there hasn't been something placed that blocks your spot.
