Character Transfer. Code Is it safe?

Is this true, can one transfer a favorite charictor to another shard.?

Origin states this in the store;

The Ultima Online Character Transfer Code moves your character and all of his or her equipment to the new home shard, including name, appearance, statistics, equipment, nearby pets,

one takes a big risk moving a toon that has years of time invested in it.

Yes you can. Along with all your backpack, bank and any pack animals you might need to carry your items. I moved most of my characters from Europa to Atlantic this way.

Let me see if I understand this correctly.

I can;
load my bank box, load my inventory, then load 5 pack horses to the Max. transfer to a new home.

I understand However I cannot take my house. This is reasonable.

But what do I do with 5 unbonded, full, pack horses? A full bank box, A full inventory and no house to put it in? I can't stable full animals. I don't want to log out with 5 unbonded horses filed with my stuff at the end of the day.

Just asking cuz I don't know.

Just because you can take that much, doesn't mean you have to. If you don't need it, don't take it.
Most people taking that much with them are either trading, in which case they've probably arranged storage with someone, or they're moving totally, have dropped the house on the shard they're leaving and will build a new one on the new shard.
A boat can be used to provide some storage, provided you remember to refresh it.
You could create temporary characters on the shard you are moving to, they would provide additional bankbox space and could also own a boat for storage.
